Do the beachfront units near The Beach Club get treated differently to the older houses on the slope?
Not on price or process, though the job itself often looks different, shared risers and strata plumbing in the units, original copper and fibro-era pipe further up the hill.
A storm stripped sand off the beach a few years back and our place flooded. Could that happen to our pipes again?
